| Support and Advice |
The amount of support or advice we give, depends entirely upon you, the client. We can offer as much or as little as you desire. If you decide to visit the region to view any of our properties we can book accommodation for you and give advice on the local area and it's services such as transport and car hire. We ensure that while you are here you are looked after, which given the hospitality of the region, makes our job pretty easy. We can also offer practical advice regarding the transfer of funds or arranging for the utilities to be changed into the name of the new owner. In fact, tell us your requirements and we will do our best to fullfil them. Our Staff in Emilia are very friendly, helpful and
speak English. |

| If you choose a property that needs restoring or
you wish to alter, we can put you in contact with reliable, honest local
tradesmen. If you wish, our colleagues in Italy can also oversee the work.

| What will it cost? |
Casa Emila works with private vendors, Geometras and Italian Estate Agents to find suitable properties for you. For our efforts in finding the right property for you, helping you through the sales process and assisting you to establish your home in Italy, we charge purchasers 2% of the agreed sales price.
